We are currently looking for a Database Administrator to join our team and help us install plus maintain the performance of database servers. This role will be based out of our Malmo (Hyllie) office.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a DBA at Tunstall Healthcare, you will be responsible for working on new customer integrations and also, maintaining service to existing customers. The team supports customers across the Nordics including; Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland. The role does require customer interaction so, we are looking for someone who is able to speak both English and Swedish to a good (business) level.

The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

The Ideal candidate:

To be successful in this role, you should be experienced in working as a DBA in a team of engineers where collaboration is essential. Ideally, you will have experience across a variety of databases and quickly be able to adapt to differing customer requirements.

Key skills and experience:

• Strong command of SQL and SQL server tools
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments
• Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance

monitoring standards

• Understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling
• PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills
• Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience in database administration, information technology,

database architecture, or a related field

• MCSE/MCSA certifications preferred
