We are recruiting a Finance Director to join our Team based in Hyllie, Malmo. We offer a hybrid working pattern (4 days in the office with 1 day remote).

What will you be doing in this role?

As Finance Director, you will have financial management responsibility for Tunstall Sweden and Norway. You’ll manage a small team and, also, be part of the Nordic Finance Management Team.

The Ideal candidate:

We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in the technology sector in a small to medium-sized organisation. This person will be a leader but also be happy to work closely with the team and support them on a daily basis to ensure they have everything they need in order to perform their roles.

Key skills and experience:

• University degree in Finance (or a related subject)
• Demonstrable experience within accounting/auditing and controlling/financial analysis at well-reputed companies.

• International experience, leadership experience.
• ERP (preferably Navision or IFS) combined with BI tool
• Excel (and other MS office applications)
• Nordic language and English (business writing and speaking)
• Planning & organizing, budgeting, project management, keeping deadlines (may involve irregular hours at month-end, year-end and budget/forecast processes)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Participate in the Group Finance Review meetings.
• Collaborating in the Nordic Finance Review meetings, and Country Follow-up meetings
• Be part of the Country Management teams for Sweden and Norway.
• Manages the regular financial control cycle for Sweden and Norway: budget, actual
• Follow-up and forecast to ensure financial targets are reached.
• Ensures accurate accounts and manages the Nordic financial reporting for Sweden and
• Norway, by close co-operation with the Nordic Shared Services function, which is responsible for accounting.
• Supports the sales/bid, project/aftermarket, service delivery, and monitoring functions.
• Support external audits and compilation of annual reports.
• Participates in projects, such as service management transition (business models, revenue streams, SLAs).

• Ensures accurate company registration and share registers, together with Nordic Shared Services
