We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our Nordic team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on, HR support across the Nordics. You’ll work closely with local leaders and the Group Talent team to ensure that recruitment, development and people strategies align with our business goals. The role is based at our Nordic headquarters in Malmö.

What will you be doing in this role?

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues, supporting day-to-day HR matters, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. You’ll also be involved in employee relations, change initiatives, training delivery, and updating local HR policies and handbooks. Together with our People and Talent teams, you’ll help drive a positive colleague experience and a healthy workplace culture across the Nordics.

You’ll also monitor HR data and KPIs, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide input on organisational planning, leadership development and succession strategies.

Your key day-to-day responsibilities could include…

• Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers and colleagues, providing high-quality support on general HR matters, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and employee relations.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with the Group TA team, and overseeing onboarding activities such as preboarding, introduction, and departmental training.
• Supporting talent and leadership development, including coordination and administration of training initiatives, learning programs and development planning.
• Creating, updating and maintaining HR policies, colleague handbooks and training materials, and delivering training sessions within areas of expertise.
• Contributing to a positive work environment by participating in work environment initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborating closely with managers and People teams to align local actions with business targets, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and collective agreements.
• Providing relevant HR metrics and reports, and continuously developing the role in line with organisational needs

Required skills and experience

• A university degree (or equivalent) in labour law, business administration, psychology, economics or a related field, combined with proven experience in a similar HR/People Business Partner or Advisor role – ideally from a medium to large company in the private sector.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems as well as solid understanding of collective agreements and Swedish labour law.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to coach and support senior managers in areas like succession planning, leadership assessment and organisational change.
• Confident working with data and financial figures to support workforce planning and performance tracking, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage time well.
• A people-focused, service-minded mindset with a proactive, flexible and collaborative way of working – especially in performance-driven environments.
